Grade II* listed former hotel.
This landmark building is steeped in history dating back to the 17th Century. Historically operated as a hotel; after years of various operators fighting a losing battle of running a business whilst endeavouring to maintain 10,000 sq. ft of period property, it was time to sell.
Having admired the building for many years previously, we jumped at the chance to buy the building, without planning permission. Working closely with the local authority and conservation teams, we obtained planning permission to convert and refurbish the building to nine apartments and three commercial units.
