Cambridge grove was converted from one large victorian mews property into two quirky contemporary, 3 bedroom mews homes.
Located in a secluded cobbled Private Road, Cambridge Grove was originally built in the 1880s as stables which were gradually converted to car garages in the 1920s, with living accommodation above.
This building was purchased by us as a double garage with a flat above, without planning permission. Whilst applying for planning permission and completing our pre commencement work, we maximised the asset by renting out the flat and garages. We worked with the contractor to effectively achieve a new build property within the fabric of the period building.
Once completed the development offered two three story, 3 bedroomed 1000 sq. ft homes with courtyard gardens.
